Shipment Processing Time
- All orders undergo processing within 24 hours.
- Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipments are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In instances of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipments. We kindly request you to allow additional transit time for delivery in such cases. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will promptly notify you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
If, after 5 business days, your tracking information has not been updated, we encourage you to contact us at support.global@fulsolen.com.
Shipment Carriers
Our primary shipping carriers are currently UPS, FedEx, and DHL. For additional shipping information, please visit the respective carrier's websites.
Shipping Areas
We ship orders to the contiguous United States (excluding outlying islands and overseas territories), Canada, and EU countries from the local warehouses.

- Please be advised that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged order, please promptly contact the Fulsolen Support Team within 7 business days at support.global@fulsolen.com.
It is important to note that we are not liable for losses such as missing parcels, package damage, losses due to delays, or other issues resulting from the actions of the shipping carrier. Nonetheless, we are committed to assisting you in contacting the responsible shipping carrier. We kindly request you to preserve all packaging and damaged goods as these may be necessary when filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
